This has to gain at least SOME points for how disgusting the guy is, it serves to further degrade and humiliate her. She could be with any guy her age she wants, but is lowering herself to settling for this one (why!?) and there's something perversely pathetic about that.

I've always imagined that this is what the artist actually looks like, maybe that's not true, but it's possible that he (assuming it's a guy) is drawing her master as a disgusting blob as a way of giving himself (all of us) the idea that's we'd also have the chance to play out all of our most shameful fetishes with Asuka. She's letting him do anything he wants, so it's not like she's going to turn you down, right?
