this is from the doujin called loop & loop by celluloid acme this is the cover. there is two storys in this doujin the first is tsunade/naruto & the second is eureka 7 now you can get it at doujin-moe the naruto section if your interested

I like tsunade I mean come on she's 50 and looks like that. Any man/girl naruto ends up with besides her is gonna look like jariah by the time they're 50 but im sure tsunade if she's still alive would look the same. =)
