I think she's a great character. It's like we just encountered the anime equivalent to the Dark Knight's "Joker". Only this time the Joker is a girl and has an ability you would only see in a Nisio Isin novel. I felt like the moment I saw her she would be a chaotic neutral type, and she definitely personifies it.
