Oh hey, looks like Uraraka won, cus she touched him... except that doesn't make sense, cus Kacchan can literaly fly with his explosions. He'd probably just have even easier time to just fly back to the arena.

Uraraka can't control how they float, just that they float. That, and she can release them from floating. That's it. Unless she pushes them or something.
Bakugo had that shit no matter what she did.
I agree with Anon 1. He would have just found a way to fly back through "sheer will power"(screaming), just because he's Bakugo.
The simplest thing he could have done if she touched him was just turn the fuck around and blast himself in the opposite direction he's floating. Then again, if he did that, and Ochako dodged enough, she could tire him out since he can't use his blasts constantly for prolong periods of time. Quirks are a natural body function, so even they have a limit. Hell, she could even make him ring himself out if she was smart about how she dodged.
The only way I could see Ochako winning fight is that once she pushes you after she makes you float, you can't change that direction no matter what you do...which is probably what they were getting at.
Ah...I'm rambling.
Anyway, I love Ochako, but that was a match form hell from the start.
