This is a new toy based franchise called Polynian. The Polynians are mineral-based humanoid aliens that share many similarities to humans. (more human-like than Transformers)

The character shown here is a Motoroid, a new type of robots created by humans, based on Polynian anatomy. They share similar characteristics to the Polynians, but is more robotic and manufactured.
This character is a "Pink Motoroid Police"

The image takes creative liberty, as Motoroids do not have reproductive functions or parts simulating them. Polynians on the other hand are natural species despite their robotic appearance, and do reproduce.
