Because he always uploads to twitter first, then to pixiv. Someone probably uploads the twitter version and then someone uploads the pixiv version due to different resolutions.

Uhhhh...I'm not entirely sure. The first instance of the two being done in wedding wear/lingerie was in 2011. Take that as you will.
