Lift the thighs so that they're held by the bi??ki, and don't forget to do the same with the inner thigh.
When the biggest ring comes up to the waist adjust the rings on the legs. (It can be done easily by just moving the metal fittings back and forth)

Make sure the label is to the front, then pass each leg through the bands and pull it up.
