types that have no human-like lower-half should have a description on where their genitals can be located I think.
Though I speculate that it's on their front end, since most of them have some kind of cloth covering it like we see here as this example.
Almost all mamono girl lover monster girls I've seen so far are designed so that they can only reproduce via human male partners (most of the time forcing them to do it, I don't see how they're gonna do that from behind them, if so getting it in will be tough as the can't see them)or infecting female humans.
Centauros would probably kneel down on top of a male partner if she decides to "attack/assault him" (sexually of course) & use movements like any girl-on-top position as the male partner can hold-on to her hips too making copulation go smoother (note that all monster girls in this world are all females).
