I know I'm about 6 and a half years late (It's 2016 already? Where does the time go?), but "that guy with the bald head n shades" is one of the 8 Yotsuba guys. His name is Takeshi Ooi

To Ooi's left (our right) is Reiji Namikawa, with Shingo Mido to Namikawa's left, Suguru Shimura to Mido's left, everyone's favorite idiot Kyosuke Higuchi (the Yotsuba Kira) to Shimura's left, and the other 3 Yotsuba guys can be found to the idiot producer Hitoshi Demigawa's left. Eiichi Takahashi's right cheek is pretty much up against Demigawa's left cheek, Masahiko Kida is to Takahashi's left, and Arayoshi Hatori is to Kida's left. Demigawa is the only guy mentioned in this paragraph who wasn't part of Yotsuba.

I'm actually surprised I was able to find all 8 of them. XD
