From the looks and direction of the lovely ladies' eyes, they're not looking at Kirby but at the artist/viewer's erect penis. Zelda's embarrassed and vaguely disgusted, and Peach is turned on by the sight but is a bit ashamed by her lust and reluctant to admit it. Samus, on the other hand, is totally unashamed to be thinking of all the kinky sex she's about to have, and is planning to dominate, not submit.
