^Is very correct wrong hair color to be the girl from negima. [according to anime. not to manga which has a totally different story line check it out if you've seen anime it's way better] So maybe you're right about the cosplayin or maybe the artist wanted Asuna to have blonde hair.

The hair colour has been edited. There are many copies floating around Photobucket of this image with the natural hair colour. This image should be removed.
