No, its not, irrumatio is the equivalent of missionary, where the male sets the pace for penetration, it doesn't necessarily mean violence. Roughness or force during sex, coitus or oral, is not normal, and you should never allow it... Unless you ask for it in which case the couple need to be mature enough to talk about it.
