I may be overthinking what the artist's intent with this pic is, but it looks like she's hidden inside a closed locker (note the light from the grate on her hair). The bucket under her looks empty, so if she has an orgasm from the vibrators, it'll probably drip into the bucket and make some noise, so anyone nearby would be rather interested in seeing what's going on...

That's why he put some fabric in the bottom of the bucket. You just can't see it. The fabric would absorb any noise from dripping. If you don't believe me watch any movie where a hitman uses a gun on someone sleeping. they put a pillow in front of the gun to stop the noise from travelling.

It's probably not the best idea to get your science from movies. They tend to play fast and loose with the laws of physics.
Pillow silencers actually do work fairly well though. About a 15 dB drop, keeping in mind that dB is logarithmic that's massive. They lose effectiveness quickly with multiple shots though.
