If this is plagiarism then I'm a blue-footed panda. Sorry if I seem offensive. My reasons for this train of thought are in how the image on the left is drawn with the ody parts to scale with the rest of the body whereas the one on the right shows an incredibly realistic amoutn of fore-shortening. The posture of the character, curve of hte body and its parts, as well as the arm gesture are all different as well when you pay close attention. The eyes and facial structure are also similiar, though the way the figures are shaded are drastically different...that's what I get for being an art major.

Calm down guys... Not everyones a Copy-cat just by taking roughly the same pose of another picture. It could also be coincidence which btw. isn't THAT uncommon.

It even happened to me with a drawing I did years ago with a bony robot holding a girl in his arms which looked almost the same as one of Sorayama Hajime's ( his Girl was naked while mine was covered in cloth )

Plagiarism? Buy a fucking dictionary. Plagiarism would be putting your name directly on someone else's work. Drawing a similar pose (which this barely qualifies as) is not plagiarism. Do as anon1 says and please leave the internet quietly, preferably the real life as well.
