Which info in his comment are you claiming is false? Cosplay is, in fact, allowed, regardless of who's doing the cosplay or what's being cosplayed (yes, this means that an American cosplaying something from Family Guy or something would be allowed). Also, he is clearly wearing a Japanese school uniform. So, I'm confused as to what you're claiming is false info.

By the way, Jedi is a mod, and therefore knows the rules better than you do. Just saying.
