Yes, there is not such thing like "pleasure nerves" inside the urethra. Just try this with little finger, perhaps this will produce feelings making you to shed tears:-)

Even to stretch this over certain point is very painfull process and you´re risking infections. And I have doubts if inserting something inside bladder will produce feelings of pleasure.
