I'm curious on the 'How' considering Ainz broke her spine, she lost her teeth and nails resisting him and then he dropped her like a bag of sand xD and in the manga(Haven't read the visual novel) she has yet to make a return.

If she is, Ainz is gonna be controlling her since he most likely kept her corps for one of his guardians to do various test on, like the lizard folk XD
