It's not because of budget cuts that they changed the art style, it's a new studio and character designer making the new season. I like it personally, but what it comes down to is how well are the breasts animated.

Just so long as the harem that's totally down for the harem is back. Still I wanna see what it's like when they're moving which really should matter more in the animated medium than their slightly tweaked designs especially if there's not much wrong about how they look. I mean you can still tell who's who.
