Yes it does, like; there are airplanes flying in the sky that leave chemtrails. Those chemtrails get all stuck in the clouds, so the cloud-people get all the chemtrail gas down via rain. The rain goes down to the oceans, where it goes to Atlantis and makes it heavier, that way we never find it.
