noitra said himself the ranks are not the same, since she was winning against him before she changed back, you can say she's at least still at least ranked 5, but she had already transformed, he had not.

Yeah. Noitora is the one that damaged Nel's mask which made her take on the child form and lose all her memories and got her effectively kicked out of the Espada... So the other lady took her place.

Why is it just 3 to 6? I'm not saying that its bad, it would just be even cooler with the other Espada.
