Basically two jokes happened here.
In the game, the protagonist is given an ultra recon uniform to travel through the wormhole, however it was never implicitly noted if it was given to her. So pokemoa joked on this by having dulse's uniform stripped from him.
The second joke plays on the mechanics of the wormhole, where the protagonist managed a high score and found herself in another area other than megalopolis. She caught herself a shiny yanmega.
