It's a really LARGE file for webm...this is why I prefer mp4 for vids and gif for images

Actually, the issue is the index was encoded at the end of the file instead of the beginning, which means the file can't start streaming until it's been fully downloaded. It has nothing to do with the format (WebM is actually far better than MP4 or GIF for large files, not worse, so that logic is patently fallacious), rather this specific file was just poorly made.
