If they were both initiated at the same time... Falcon Punch is faster and would hit first.

If they both struck at the same time... Warlock Punch has more priority, and he would thus hit through Falcon's punch without getting struck himself.

So, unfortunately, this epic scenario isn't possible in either Melee or Brawl. (It is, however, possible in Balanced Brawl to some extent...)

WROONG!

If they hit each other they HIT each other!
Falcon Punch is fire element and Warlock Punch is shadow element.
That's why the attacks don't cancel or break each other.
The priority is exactly the same but that doesn't play a role anyway.
It happens just like shown in this picture!

It's funny because while Falcon Punch gets all the publicity and is described as being able to destroy the universe, Warlock Punch is actually stronger...

Just slow as hell so nobody uses the punch much.
