It's all about staff and scheduling. They're hiring a lot of really talented people and are trying to give them a decent enough amount of time to produce quality work. Admittedly, the scheduling still isn't great since they have to bloat episodes with multiple supervisors and a ton of key animators to get anything done, but from the look of things, there seems to generally be far better lead time for the animation than during, say, the Resurrection F arc.

It shows they really care and are trying. Of course not every episode can be perfect but just knowing that they're really putting quality out there is refreshing. I eagerly await every new episode because of that.
