Probably a tournament thing. The ones I've played require you to play a different character each round for any given match.

Fact: Every Real Girl who dresses like Bridget slowly Kills the Everybody is Gay for Bridget.
Conclusion: Males of the world must protect Bridgets Image for the human race IS GAY FOR BRIDGET!
What This Means: non-Cosplayers/Cosplayers have permission to strip the clothes off any actual female who is wearing Bridgets clothes.
