Is she actually an alien? I'm not so sure, I mean technicially she might be but I think they're just humans with blue skin due to not having ANY natural light in their world, I realise that's not realistic and doesn't explain the eyes but I think that's why they are the way they are, not that they're a race with blue skin.

Pretty sure she's 100% human. She just hails from a parallel dimension. Her pale complexion is probably just a result of Necrozma stealing all of their world's light. Kinda hard to get a tan when your world is dark 24/7.
