Wow, I'm being slow today. I didn't get it until I saw the girls laughing.

Anyway, is that the exact translation? Somehow I've got a feeling, that the joke was modified to fit english languange. Though I guess it still has something to do with lying (lay), seeing as how hard Suika and Yugi cracked up.
