In my head-canon, these two were making a little extra money as models, and both got called in to a shoot wearing cow-girl outfits. This is the very first time they met.

Ahoge-girl knew a good thing when she saw it, and immediately went to introduce herself, and her clowning around led to this great shot, and their first date.
