It's not like there's a whole lot of privacy on the ISS.

Maybe a chub but not a full erection, the way it works is the body pumps in blood and it gets pooled in that location, in zerog its much harder for the body to do this as theres no convenient downwards force (gravity) to asist the body in said blood pooling
