Her crush makes her so adorable. It makes you root for her despite their awkward situation and the fact that a relationship between them is kind of a bad idea and probably won’t work out. Although the manager is older and more experienced, he still sort of develops feelings for her but at least he knows better than to actively pursue her. Her infatuation is kind of like the rain and there’s not much he can do but bear with it and wait it out.
