I ve always tought that mating with saiyans could be dangerous, taking into account thats hard for them to moderate their strenght sometimes, as seen when Goku broke a glass of water with his hand, or Vegeta, being unable to properly break eggs. I think is it possible for their partner to have a broken bone, in the middle of a rush of ecstasy.
