It does not animated, because Gelbooru resizes gifs when they are large enough, and thus they become jpgs until viewed in the original size.

@ohnononononono: It's also not rocket science to realize that it's literally impossible for people to know that's how it works if they don't have preexisting knowledge on the subject. Unless they just get lucky by trying random things.

You have o get fucked and inseminated by a bug and have to wait. Best way to do is at the start by killing all the zombies, get humped by the bug, kill the bug and wait. You will finally get instant-pregnant and bear another bug (who can impregnate you too).
If you play in Infinite health you can raise your own Swarm by this

Fun Fact: If you get fucked by a small green one and a female zombie at the same time, you will also get pregnant and give birht to a bug.
It is possible to spawn bugs this way in Act III (Tunnel and Facility). If you get impregnated at the end of Act I you can spawn insects in Act II too

it's games like this that make me want to be a programmer and expert at unreal engine... I wanna make more alike + lewder + more content..
love getting impregnated by the bug c: there c: there needs to be more of this for real.. publishers putting out too many crappy H games that are heavily text/picture based. but we need more side scrollers with creatures that can impregnate your character.
If anyone likes the bug impregnating part of the game and want more, I recommend GIL "Giant Insect Lab" .. the birth babies won't fuck you though lol.
