I don't know Japanese, but I got this translation from Danbooru.

喰う : to eat, to bite, to tease, to make fun of, to encroach on, to consume, to receive something (usu. an unfavorable event), to have sexual relations with a woman (esp. for the first time)

It's play on words, it could mean more than one thing.

Yeah. Eating somebody refers to giving a blowjob, but here it's also the mythological belief that oni eat bad kids.
