A volt is defined as the potential difference across a conductor when a current of one ampere dissipates one watt of power.[3] Hence, it is the base SI representation m2 · kg · s-3 · A-1, which can be equally represented as one joule of energy per coulomb of charge, J/C.
You could actually have millions of volts of electricity flowing through you if the amps was low. Also haven't you seen those circus performers who pass electricity through their body? It is possible to orgasm from electricity applied to the penis as well.
I think this would be awesome, if it wasn't lethal.
