I'd say Yukiko is more of a White Mage. Rise doesn't really fit any FFT job that I can tell, but story-wise she'd probably be the dancer.

No Yousuke is a bard. And yeah, Yukiko should be the white mage and Rise should be the dancer. And.. Kanji isn't much of a ninja. XD;
