I'm pretty sure that's not how items are formed from her not to mention it's more disturbing then cute when it comes to chibi art as the himiko one is actually cute compared to this in fact watch the opening entrance for momo in my hero one's justice 1 for switch and you will see she raises her arm as a staff is appearing from little multicolored lights as it's forming out of hand it looks like magic while this is out of a horror movies as you may as well add blood to make it one as that's the only thing missing. All in all very off the mark try again.
