Looks like a humanized Fluttershy to me, Doxy has done her before:

Key points just being color choices, pink hair, yellow shirt, light blue hairband.
Although you'd expect some sort of subtle butterfly motif somewhere. That wristband could be it. But it's green so maybe it's supposed to be a clover?
