Because, Kawakami-sensei; alcohol dilutes the blood vessels near the surface of the skin, increasing the blood flow, as blood flow is the main source of warmth in the human body, your body temperature increases, causing blushing in the face as well as higher skin temperature. It's actually worse for Asian's such as yourself as they lack the alcohol dehydrogenase enzyme which causes a much higher sensitivity to the aforementioned blood cell reaction, whereas a Caucasian person only see a 3-29% perfect blood flow increase, but an Oriental would see a much higher 47-85% increase.
So there you go Kawakami-sensei, your body is biologically programmed to almost double its temperature as you get drunk. If tugging at your collar doesn't suffice, I suggest finding a better way to cool off.
Namely; get naked! Toss off those clothes like they're made of spiders! Maybe pour some water over yourself and dance around a but, I dunno, whatever floats your boat
