The female urethra is incredibly sensitive. Urethral beads or a urethral vibrator is amazing. Try taking off the shower head and on low pressure put the shower jet up to your urethra and slowly fill your bladder, you can hold it during sex and squirt it out. Or try a few slow fill and refills and see how your body reacts.
