From the rough translation it seems that she is restrained to the guy by her feet. I think she has to push the lever up and down to keep the video recording for (i think) 2 hours. Once she's done a buzzer will go off signaling she can let go of the lever at the top. Once she lets go all restraints will be released except for the anal chastity belt, the key to that is in her home. Here's a rough translation, from top left to top right, going clockwise. I'm neither jap nor eng speaker tho so fix it liberally. Don't have no account to edit myself, and it's probably too crappy of a translation as is anyway but here it is:
