Is this really a CG from the game? As far as I can recall, she only had a single H-scene, which was the fanfic rape in Rance's room. Is this from some kind of special scene or something?

Yeah, you have to keep her captive to activate this event. you can't recruit her.

This pops up later as a rape option (Prior to that this scene occurs where you strip her infront of her 'fans')
