Already played V2R. She talked about Neptune on VR, events, chirper event and the citizens. She's a tsundere level same goes Uni who made Curry for her sister and Nepgear. Tsunderes can always like that. Somehow, IFI had localization issues and missed the rest translation.

Neptune talks in this game about the other goddesses as their love rivals, and she is right. No imaginary yuri crushes are mentioned in the VR segments, the characters bond and start a close relationship with the Player simply because they aren't in love with anyone else. Noire is tsun, but that's just her character archetype, it never meant she was in love with Neptune.

It is, many tsunderes are always like that from any Manga, Anime and some Novels due to their personalities. it's mentioned on VR in Noire's stage. She did talk about Neptune. The VR mode was about friendly talk, here's the reason why they made VR because the people begged like crazy, so CH/IF didn't like the idea of making VR. It's yuri which it depends different dimensions. I was talking about different Dimensions, Universes or Multiverses.
