@Anon1, I thought so too until I saw the lack of an N tag. The male one is actually Shaymin's Sky Forme.
The Sky Forme's noble-like outfit (including the sword sheath) fits the name of the English title of the movie revolving around Shaymin and Giratina, "Giratina and the Sky Warrior".
