I don't feel like translating that first panel, but the last three are added.
Japan: Deeply Moved (It really only says 'Moved' but...)
America: Sympathy
England: Explosive Laughter (Literally. If you have a better interpretation, feel free to edit that one)

My guess is that its a 4koma about the general feelings of the audience of those three countries during that scene in Armageddon with the Death Note characters representing each country. I like how Light is just looking at Mastuda like, "Grow some balls dude..."

The first panel depicts the scene from Armageddon.
It is when the character played by Bruce Willis manually detonated the bomb to save Earth.
Then, as follows, the Japanese felt moved by such heroic sacrifice, while the Americans felt sympathy for Mr. Willis.
However, the people of England just laughed at this.
By the way, notice how Raito did not react with the rest of the Japanese?
The main reason for both fact are the same, it is that the movie is scientifically inaccurate.
Thus, majority of the events were impossible.
Hence, Raito did not follow the crowd and the British laughed.
Factually, Bruce Willis died for nothing.
According to scientific facts, there was not enough time to construct a shuttle to land on the asteroid, nor was there a possible way to land on it.
To add to the further hilarity, this scene was clearly an attempt to tug on heart strings, instead of actuality.
The bomb would not have stopped the asteroid as the movie led the viewers to believe.
The movie was great to watch if you are a sap.
But if you a scientist, you would either watch this for comedy or use it as an excuse to commit suicide.

dude... clearly he watched the movie and has a basic understanding of physics (like the majority of the educated populace)... I found this hilarious, and the movies ending was really sappy...
