Finally got around to translating this one. I didn't really care for it much at first, but knowing what's actually going on adds quite a bit to the scenario. She basically has to keep the vibe inside of her by clenching, otherwise the censor will disappear completely. But obviously nobody can clench their muscles forever, so she has to readjust the vibe every so often, which causes the censor to become slightly smaller since her hands will be within 30cm of her pouch.
There's also some artist commentary, so here's a rough transcription:
