Actually, a trap is a MAN that looks like a girl (very feminine), and of course is dressed like one. hence it being a trap, you think it is a girl and isn't.

As for the "fake trap" tag, all I can think of is, at the beginning of the gif you can't tell if it is going to be a male or female, and sometimes when it is like that, it turns out to be a guy and freaks most people out. (unless they like that sort of thing. :3)
