It looks to be one of Glory Quests's "PTA Director and Student Council" series but I looked through all of them and didn't see this woman.

It's actually really baffling. Almost every one of those PTA videos has a scene in this exact location, with very similar situations happening. But I looked at every damn one and came up empty.

God damn, no wonder I missed that. I was looking for her red skirt and unique stockings in every cover and preview thumb on R18. You can just barely make out a red skirt in one of the back cover pictures, and you would assume it's just her red panties shown in the adjacent thumb. The scene is only in one of the preview thumbnails, which only shows from the chest up. To make it more misleading, there are other thumbs depicting this location but she has a different outfit. But despite all that, the one thumbnail is instantly recognizable from this clip anyway, so I should have spotted it! Damn!
