You know, now that I think about it, it could be a reference to The Rock. Sometimes called the Brahma Bull. Even has it tattoo'd on his right bicep.

Wouldn't be too far of a stretch either since she already had at least one of his moves in her moveset already.

Its a reference to Terri Runnels' last run in the then-WWF as the "Horny little she-devil". This was her pose and it became Angel's taunt in KOF 2k1-2.
