Maybe she is held up solely by the "dildo", and is balancing while holding that entire top thing herself, which is thus also pushing her down.
There must be some magic involved in the balancing and no-injury parts though. xd

yeah not really possible. There would be no connecting bar behind her, since that would stop the spinning. Speaking of which, the wind would push her off. So I'm going to say magic. : )
