Magneto can manipulate metals, but goku's power doesn't use metal. It's pure energy, and he can use it to vaporize everything, and you can't denie it.

Magneto can't kill you with the iron in your blood. Mystique injected a shitload of iron-nitrate liquid into the body of that guard X-Men2. THAT is what Magneto used. Not the guard's natural blood iron.

BTW, Goku can blow up PLANETS (though I don't think he's ever gone that far) and possibly entire solar systems. Sorry to burst your bubble, but there are few US comic characters outside of Superman that could survive the first punch, much less a Kamehameha.

With PL over 300 you can easely destroy any planet.
Goku's PL is over nine thousand (eight thousand in originnal) so yeah, Magnetto is dead.
